ONE LAST GAME
ABOUT THE FILM

Written, shot, composed, and edited in just 48 hours, One Last Game is a film by directors Eduardo Garcia and Samuel Sadovnik. The story unfolds between a dark, gloomy world and a colorful, fantastical reality. At its heart, it follows two unlikely friends with different ideals who persevere for the sake of their one-of-a-kind friendship, reminding us that real love often requires sacrifice.

"It was truly inspiring to see what the combined work of a passionate group of friends could accomplish in such a short time. As kids, my friend Sam and I would pretend we were superheroes, live inside a sci-fi movie, or wander through a fantasy world.
Over the years, we’ve grown and matured into distinct individuals, but it’s deeply heartwarming to watch those silly kids we once were come back to life through the magic of filmmaking— something that has always inspired us.

Together with the rest of our crew— Gian, Seb, and Alex, we’ve stood by each other’s side, even when on opposite sides of the world. It feels only natural that a film about a beautiful friendship would emerge from a group of friends who have persevered, grown, and lived together for so long." — Eduardo Garcia

One Last Game will begin its festival run at the start of 2026, accompanied by a promotional rollout featuring new trailers, stills, and announcements highlighting the director’s upcoming projects, including Onlooker, The Noise, and additional projects in development.
